Maintenance Tech

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Maintenance Tech to support safe, well-functioning facilities across our mission-driven programs. This hands-on role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on building systems, resident units, and equipment in healthcare and social service settings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues; responding to work orders; and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Tech collaborates with staff and vendors, maintains accurate maintenance records, and helps create dignified, secure environments for clients and employees.
