Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee and run daily operations
Lead, mentor, develop, and train a staff team of 100+ people
High level of financial responsibility and accountability
Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation
Ability to implement effective systems to drive, scale & grow the business

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

5+ years as a full-service General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with $8 Million or higher in sales volume
Must be highly polished and professional,
Must have experience with corporate systems and background with strong tenure working for reputable large upscale restaurant groups
Strong leadership ability; flexibility and adaptability
Highly skilled at financials, managing costs & labor
New restaurant opening experience is a PLUS!
