This opportunity offers strong compensation, flexible scheduling, excellent specialty support, and the ability to practice in one of the Midwests premier lake destinations
Position Highlights

35,000-40,000 annual ED visits
·
35-bed Emergency Department
·
Level III Trauma Center
·
Night Shift - 12 hours
·
Full-Time physicians average 12 shifts per month
·
Part-Time physicians average 6 shifts per month
·
Strong APP support and double coverage model
·
Adult-focused patient population with limited pediatric volume
·
Hospitalists available for admissions
·
Open ICU model
·
Joint Commission Stroke & Cardiac Care Center
·
24/7 specialty support including anesthesia, OB, and radiology
·
Cardiology, GI, Orthopedic, and Trauma specialty backup
·
Advanced imaging services available onsite
Compensation & Benefits
·
$330-$340hr
·
Productivity incentives through RVU compensation
·
High earning potential driven by seasonal volume increases
·
1099 independent contractor structure
·
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
