The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Data, you’ll lead high-impact data initiatives across our Sportsbook Trading domain, connecting business priorities with scalable technical solutions. You’ll partner across Engineering, Analytics, Trading, and Data teams to define what we build, align priorities, and drive complex programs from concept through delivery. You’ll bring structure to ambiguous challenges while helping evolve the data capabilities that power our Sportsbook platform.
What you’ll do
Lead data initiatives across Trading, defining priorities, roadmaps, success measures, and opportunities for greater business impact.
Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions through research, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, identifying risks, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining visibility into progress and outcomes.
Establish clear requirements, success criteria, and scalable processes that help Engineering teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
Advance AI-powered workflows by identifying automation opportunities and developing reusable agents and tools that improve productivity and decision-making.
Stay connected to production systems, supporting incident response and turning operational learnings into improvements.
Strengthen Technical Program Management practices by sharing knowledge, mentoring teammates, and developing reusable frameworks and best practices.
What you’ll bring
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field and at least 4 years of experience in technical program management, technical product management, engineering leadership, or a similar role.
Experience working in Sportsbook, iGaming, Trading, or another closely related data-intensive environment.
Experience using AI to improve workflows through agents, automation, or other reusable solutions.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyze data, validate assumptions, and turn insights into decisions.
Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Sigma and an understanding of data pipelines, extract-transform-load processes, and data architecture.
Strong technical communication skills with the ability to turn complex challenges into clear requirements and actionable plans.
A highly organized, self-directed approach to navigating ambiguity and building alignment across technical and business teams.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 145,600.00 USD - 182,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
