Job Details

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction or related roles
Proficiency in construction management software (OnScreen Takeoff, Quickbid)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic Thinking
Leadership and Collaboration
Client Relationship Management
