Full job description
Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this exciting travel assignment. Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any).
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - must have left in good status, if former employee.
Required Skills/Experience: Hospital and OR experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: O-arm and fluoro preferred. Carestream and Fuji preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Typically performs 150-200 exams per day Mon-Fri and 100-120 Sat/Sun. Performs a high volume of surgical procedures and fluoro.
Shift & Scheduling: Day (4x10 Hours) 7:00-17:30 / Night (4x10 Hours) 19:00-5:30. Call required: min 1/month. Weekends required; this position may work a Sat/Sun depending on the need.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
