Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club or luxury hotel
  • Experience managing a high-volume scratch kitchen
  • Experience in ordering, receiving product, training and development of staff
  • Proven ability to lead by example
  • Butchering experience
  • Excellent budgetary, projections and cost control skills
  • Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
