Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this hands-on role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, helping individuals regain functional independence after illness or injury. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with ADL training, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
