  • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • 9 - 10 patients per day
  • EMG required
  • Botox and nerve block skills preferred but not required
  • Board certified or board eligible required
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
