Program Assistant (Multiple Positions)
Schedule: 10 Saturdays 8:30am-3:00pm
Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain student attendance records
- Assist instructors in learning environments (classroom, computer lab, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to senior staff
- Assist with outreach to students, parents, and alumni
- Database management
- Compile and update relevant program materials and resources
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Upperclassmen or recent college graduate
- Prior experience working with high school populations
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to navigate campus, move classroom furniture, and carry supplies
Pay Range:
$20 per hour
