• Ages of children seen: Newborn and up
• Onsite Dispensing: yes md scripts
• Home Med participation? Save RX meds
• Occupational health? Yes
• Is women s health required for temp/locum coverage? Paps and breast exam would be part of standard services but again could adjust if needed to be no
• Health center staffing model: Large health center with 7-8 providers with one to one model with clinic staff support.
