OT Therapy Team Lead

Encompass Health seeks an OT Therapy Team Lead to provide direct occupational therapy and lead a team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.
