• Night call: 5:30 pm ‐ 9 am (15.5hr shift); weekend call: 24hr shifts
• 15 ‐ 18 patients per shift
• Inpatient practice setting
• Rounding ‐‐ both inpatient and outpatient
• Average 3 ‐ 5 phone consults per 24 hours
• Weekend coverage with additional PTO day coverage as needed
