What We Offer
- $30–$45/hour (no flat rate)
- $60,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential

What You'll Do
- Perform diesel inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose drivability and mechanical concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Perform fleet maintenance and repair work
- Maintain productivity goals and quality standards
- Communicate findings and recommendations as needed
What We're Looking For
Required
- Minimum 2 years of technician experience
- Diesel diagnostic and repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
- Ability to work independently
Preferred
- A-Level technician experience
- Experience with Freightliner, Peterbilt, and heavy-duty trucks
- Fleet maintenance background
- Strong diagnostic skills
