• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm -- 9hr shifts with 1hr lunch

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

• 18 patients per shift

• Outpatient setting only

• Family practice experience required -- all age populations

• Home visit experience required

• Comfortable with controlled substances management

• Rural community focus
