Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Florida PT license Home health experience required HCHB proficiency required OASIS proficiency required
Assignment Details Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekend or on-call requirement. Coverage area: Altamont area. Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
