Job Description

Sr. Human Resources Generalist - Onsite Manufacturing supporting our Davenport manufacturing location, you'll drive people initiativesto shape & execute bold people strategies. 

Your mission: Champion people development, revolutionize talent pipelines, optimize organizational efficiency, and lead dramatic change management efforts. This high-impact HR Generalist position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related to people initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership.  The Davenport site employs approximately 550 employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Meats and supports an hourly workforce onsite.   

This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and will include some work outside of first shift operating hoursThis is a 24/7 Manufacturing Site.

Minimum Requirements:  

  • 5+ Years of Experience in HR supporting hourly employees and cross functional partners within a manufacturing environment. 

  • Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiencyin workplace technology and systems (eg.Workday, Dayforce, Indeavor,MS Office Suite,etc) 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights  

  • Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment  

  • Stronganalytical andproblem-solvingskills, leadingchangethrough others. 

  • Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks,and the abilityto manage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
