Licensed Practical Nurse

LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care across diverse settings, including hospitals and community-based facilities. Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, administering medications, supporting procedures, documenting in the EHR, and reinforcing care plans under RN and provider direction. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
