Lead DSP | Holt| Full-Time

The Lead Direct Care Professional provides hands-on support and shift leadership to ensure quality, person-centered care across Hope Network settings. This role promotes independence, implements individualized support plans, mentors and trains staff, assists with on-call responsibilities, and guides team members when supervisors are unavailable.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
  • Support community outings, transportation, and activities
  • Build positive relationships and encourage independence
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
  • On Call rotation

What You Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
  • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
