Speech Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment for adult patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes and safety at home.
