Full job description
POSITION PURPOSE:
Are you motivated by solving complex financial challenges and driving results with analytical precision? At CIM Group, you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance and strategy of a national commercial real estate credit portfolio.
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented team member to join our Loan Servicing and Closing group. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of loans, lead daily servicing activities along with the associated debt, assist in closing of new originations, and partner closely with teams across investments, legal, development, loan resource group, compliance, treasury and accounting. Your work will directly influence decision‑making and help optimize the value of multifaceted, multimillion‑dollar assets.

Other Key Responsibilities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative or related fields.
- 6+ years’ relevant professional experience working with an investment firm, commercial loan servicer, private equity firm, or similar organization, focusing on real estate credit and adjacent sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Commercial Real Estate experience required.
- Strong work ethic; proven ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
