Facilities Manager - Level 1

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management services, is seeking a facilities manager to join their team. as a facilities manager, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management team, supporting facility operations, maintenance personnel, vendors, and client -facing site services. the ideal candidate will have leadership skills, facility management experience, and strong communication abilities that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Midland, TX

Pay Range: 37 an hour

What’s the Job?

• Lead daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Manage vendors, contracts and service providers
• Oversee a team of engineers, technicians, and facility support staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire and HSE standards
• serve as a primary point of contact for client facility needs

What’s Needed?

• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Previous leadership or team management experience
• Knowledge of MEP systems
• Understand of Fire & Life safety requirements
• strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
