Registered Nurse

Lebanon Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lebanon, NH. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status. The role includes supervising LPNs and CNAs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating residents and families. RNs support a resident-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and safety while maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical and regulatory standards.
