Let's build it!</b></p> <p>Volt is immediately hiring a<b> 1st Shift Medical Device Quality Technician / Inspector </b>for a leading medical device manufacturing company in <b>Seattle, WA (98109).</b></p> <p><b>As a Quality Technician / Inspector you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on mechanical, electrical, PCB, and electromechanical components.</li> <li>Inspect products against engineering drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards.</li> <li>Verify product configurations, labeling, serial numbers, traceability, and manufacturing records.</li> <li>Use inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, microscopes, gauges, and inspection fixtures.</li> <li>Support calibration activities, audits, quality documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a Full Time, temp to hire opportunity.</b></p> <p><b>Pay: $27-$31/hr</b></p> <p><b>Schedule:</b> Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Experience performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.</li> <li>Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.</li> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifiactions: </p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA. </li> <li>IPC-A-610 certification or PCB inspection experience</li> </ul> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
