Summary: 

 

Chatham’s Client Engagement team oversees global strategic relationships with real estate, corporate, private equity, and financial institution clients.  The Client Engagement Operations team empowers Relationship Managers and advisory teams by providing the tools, standardized processes, high-quality data, and operational support needed to strengthen client relationships and drive future business opportunities. 

 

We are seeking an Analyst or Associate to join our Client Engagement Operations team, providing global support to Relationship Managers and advisory teams across our U.S. offices, as well as London, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Melbourne. This position will be based in either our Denver, CO or Kennett Square, PA office. 

 

 

In this role you will: 

 

  • Sales/Revenue Operationsprepare and deliver reporting and analyses by developing CRM reports, Power BI dashboards, and AI-powered agents that provide actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making 

  • Sales Enablementsupport business development efforts by conducting prospect research, preparing conference and meeting materials, executing account-based marketing initiatives, and developing monthly performance and results presentations 

  • Lead Routingmanage inbound leads generated through website submissions by reviewing, qualifying, and routing opportunities to the appropriate Relationship Managers to ensure timely follow-up 

  • Contracting Lifecycleprepare and coordinate client proposals, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), ensuring timely execution and adherence to established processes  

  • Invoicingprepare and manage SaaS subscription and service retainer invoices, ensuring timely, accurate billing and coordination with internal stakeholders as needed 

  • CRM Functionalityensure CRM data integrity, support testing and validation of system enhancements and releases, and drive adoption of CRM capabilities to maximize business value and operational efficiency 

  • Request for Proposal (RFP) Management coordinate the completion of responses across Chatham teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent submissions 

  • Stakeholder Managementserve as a trusted partner to Relationship Managers and advisory teams by managing inbound support requests, delivering training sessions, and driving process enhancements

These initiatives will strengthen the consistency and efficiency of client engagement by standardizing CRM practices, reporting, engagement processes, and presentation materials across the business. Improved governance around client ownership and closer collaboration across key internal teams will enable better coordination, clearer accountability, and more scalable operations.  

 

For clients, this will result in a more seamless, consistent experience, higher-quality interactions, and faster delivery of solutions. Additionally, establishing a structured approach to identifying and prioritizing future industry solutions will help ensure the business continues to meet evolving client needs. 

 

Contributors to your success:  

 

  • 2+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting, with experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related function preferred 

  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to our stakeholder’s success 

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Technology-forward thinker with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

  • Hands-on experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency 

  • Critical thinking with the ability to read and comprehend complex information quickly 

  • Attention to detail but also an ability to synthesize information with a high-level perspective 

 

For Colorado based candidates, the compensation range for the position is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. Total compensation, including base pay, discretionary individual bonus and company bonus, may be higher than the range listed depending on applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401K, EAP, paid holidays, and paid time off.
