Automotive Technician | $30–$50/HR | No Weekends

RCC Automotive

Location: Bruce Township, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $30–$50 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $75,000–$150,000+ annually

RCC Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Bruce Township, MI, offering $30–$50 per flagged hour with $75,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential. This Monday–Friday opportunity has no weekends and focuses on Domestic, Asian, and light-duty diesel repair. Technicians have access to steady workflow, fair dispatching, modern equipment, and a heated 11-bay shop designed to support quality diagnostics and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose drivability and electrical concerns
  • Troubleshoot fuel, emissions, and engine performance issues
  • Repair light-duty diesel trucks
  • Service Domestic and Asian vehicles
  • Perform general mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
  • Diagnose and complete repairs while maintaining quality workmanship

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
  • B-Level skills or higher preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Own professional automotive tools
  • Light-duty diesel experience preferred
  • Michigan State Technician Certification preferred
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Ford Power Stroke, GM Duramax, or Cummins experience is a plus
