Clinician

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Clinician for our Emergency Department to provide rapid behavioral health assessment, crisis intervention, and discharge planning for patients presenting with acute mental health and substance use needs. In this role, you will conduct psychosocial evaluations, complete suicide and risk assessments, develop safety and care plans, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and community providers.
