Your Schedule

We value a healthy work-life balance while maintaining a schedule that provides consistency for both our patients and team.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play an important role in helping our patients maintain excellent oral health.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care.
• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.
• Provide scaling and root planing (SRP) as indicated.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and personalized home-care routines.
• Build trusting relationships with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care.
• Identify and communicate oral health concerns to the dentist.
• Document clinical findings and treatment accurately.
• Provide a comfortable, positive patient experience.
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to support comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with clinical best practices, technology, and advancements in dental hygiene.

Technology & Modern Dentistry

Our practice embraces modern dental technology, and we’re looking for an RDH who is comfortable working in a technology-forward environment.

The practice utilizes Videa AI, giving our team access to technology designed to support clinical assessment and patient communication.

Experience with technology is a plus, but we’re also looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited to learn new tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Michigan.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
