This primary care clinic requires a board-certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide locum tenens coverage following the resignation of a full-time clinician. The facility maintains established clinical workflows and on-site support staff to facilitate consistent and quality care delivery. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 4-5 weeks.

North Florida offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and nature-based recreational activities suited to varied interests. The region supports paddleboarding, free diving, snorkeling, scuba training, canoeing, fishing, and camping. Clinicians will also find creative and outdoor experiences throughout the region, making North Florida suited to a range of interests year-round.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages during day shift hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The expected caseload is 16-18 patients per day, with on-site support from front desk and medical assistant staff. Clinical documentation is maintained through EPIC EMR.
