Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Lafayette, GA
Schedule: Full Time will consider PRN and Part Time
Compensation: Up to $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).

  • Develop treatment plans that enhance independence and functional performance.

  • Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.

  • Address cognitive, physical, and sensory limitations impacting daily function.

  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on functional strategies for success.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.

  • NBCOT certification preferred.

  • Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, home health, or post-acute care preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.
