Assistant Director of Nursing (RN)

Genesis HCC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing, RN to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and long-term care center. In partnership with the Director of Nursing, you will oversee nursing operations, support care planning, mentor staff, and promote evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; monitoring quality metrics and infection control; ensuring regulatory and policy compliance; supporting staffing and scheduling; facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration; and helping drive clinical education, performance improvement, and a culture of compassion, safety, and continuous learning.
