The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Full-Time Diet Clerk to our healthcare & food service team in Whitfield, MS. As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. *This position will need weekend availability.*
What you'll be doing:
- Managing nutritional data software.
- Inputting nutritional information.
- Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.
- At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

- Mississippi State Hospital - Whitfield, located in Whitfield, MS

Compensation Range:
Starting at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
