We are seeking a Corporate Events & Engagement Coordinator to support company-wide initiatives that strengthen INTUITIVE®’s presence, culture, and community impact. In this role, you will coordinate corporate events, manage employee communications, support charitable and community engagement activities, and support corporate giving and sponsorship efforts. You will also represent the company at events, assist with technical event and conference logistics, and contribute creative projects that enhance the employee experience. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong organization, creativity, and a high level of professionalism. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events that promote employee engagement and company culture.
  • Create, publish, and maintain corporate communications to ensure timely and effective internal messaging.
  • Ideate and execute internal engagement plans across company locations.
  • Support charitable initiatives, community outreach activities, and volunteer efforts.
  • Manage employee engagement efforts throughout the organization.
  • Support technical events and conference coordination, including logistics, vendor engagement, and on‑site support.
  • Assist with facility decoration, interior design concepts, and environmental enhancements that align with company branding and culture.

Required

  • BS or BA in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, corporate communications, community engagement, or similar roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendor communications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing polished, brand-aligned events and communications with strong attention to layout, presentation, and design consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
