Now Hiring: Packaging Operators – Hutchinson, MN

Day Shift | 6AM–6PM | Mon–Thur $20/hr | Growth Opportunity

Looking to build your career in a fast-paced environment? We have immediate openings for motivated Packaging Operators ready to join a team that values hard work, accuracy, and growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Load products into machines for packaging
  • Check products for quality and accuracy
  • Ensure machines are properly loaded and running smoothly
  • Operate equipment to package finished products
  • Follow all quality and safety standards
  • Support team with additional duties as needed


What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to stand for long shifts (12 hours)
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks (bending, twisting, reaching, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to read, speak, and understand English, Spanish, or bilingual
