• 24-hour in-house call shifts -- 8 am to 8 am
• 5 - 10 shifts per month, weekday and weekend
• 3 - 5 patients per shift
• Coverage includes L&D, ED consults, and in-patient consults
• High and low risk OB, surgical GYN, and complicated deliveries required
