Residential & Small Business Telecommunications Sales Representative

Optimum, a leader in telecommunications and media, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive residential and small business growth. In this role, you’ll prospect, qualify, and close new customers for high-speed internet, TV, mobile, and voice services, while growing revenue within an assigned territory. You will conduct in-person and virtual consultations, explain product features and bundle options, and tailor solutions to customer needs. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, accurately processing orders, maintaining CRM records, and providing responsive post-sale support. You’ll collaborate with local teams, attend community events, and uphold Optimum’s customer-focused, performance-driven culture.
