Ambulatory RN Clinical Supervisor

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks an Ambulatory RN Clinical Supervisor to lead outpatient nursing teams serving diverse, underserved patients in South Los Angeles. In this role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, coordinate patient flow, and ensure safe, high-quality, culturally responsive care. You will mentor and develop nurses, support performance improvement, and uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Working in a mission-driven, community-centered environment, you will collaborate across disciplines to advance health equity and enhance patient experience and outcomes.
