Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• BLS
• Skilled nursing facility experience

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend rotation required
• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse

Location Highlights

Gainesville offers access to outdoor recreation and a college-town setting in north-central Florida. Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park is about 10 miles from central Gainesville and features hiking, wildlife viewing, and a 50-foot observation tower. The Florida Museum of Natural History and the Harn Museum of Art are both located near the University of Florida campus and provide cultural attractions within a short drive of downtown. Devil‘s Millhopper Geological State Park is about 6 miles from central Gainesville and features a 120-foot sinkhole with a boardwalk trail.
