Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• KY Physical Therapist Licensure or Compact Licensure Accepted
• 1 year home health physical therapy experience
• Previous OASIS experience
• Homecare Homebase experience

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
• Mileage reimbursement available for travel within assigned coverage area
