Kids' Smiles on Lincoln is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice. Our dentists are supported by experienced clinical teams and a strong operational team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care to children and their families.

You’ll step into a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, providing the opportunity to quickly build and maintain a productive schedule. This opportunity offers modern technology and the support of a superbly trained clinical team experienced in pediatric care.

Full-time dentists enjoy paid time off and reimbursements for continuing education and malpractice insurance.

This role is ideal for a Pediatric Dentist who values clinical autonomy, strong patient demand, and the support needed to succeed in a collaborative, child-focused environment.

Compensation includes a competitive percentage of collections with an initial daily guarantee to support a smooth transition into the practice.

Completion of a CODA-accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program required.

Schedule: Full-time; option of 4 or 5 days per week; 1-2 days per month in our Nashua, New Hampshire practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive and restorative services
  • Create a positive, comfortable experience for children and their families
  • Educate patients and parents on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
