Site Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in laboratory services, is seeking a Site Specialist to join their team. As a Site Specialist, you will be part of the Laboratory Support Services team supporting scientific operations and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Specialist

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform laboratory services such as glassware collection, cleaning, and sterilization
• Deliver shipment orders to end users and perform deliveries as required
• Manage laboratory supplies, including chemical tracking and stockroom operations
• Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Lab experience is a must
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to listen to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
• Proactive approach to learning new policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
