Pit Shop Auto Repair is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Lombard, IL.

You’ll handle diagnostics and general repair without having to chase down parts. A Parts Manager or Service Advisor handles parts ordering, helping you stay focused on turning wrenches, solving problems, and flagging hours.

You’ll also have professional diagnostic equipment and a dedicated company trainer to help you continue building your skills.

What You’ll Work On

• Mechanical and general automotive repair
• Electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Maintenance services
• Vehicle inspections and DVIs
• Repair recommendations and documentation

You’ll have access to Snap-on, Autel, Topdon, AutoLogic, VAG diagnostic equipment, and FORScan.

What You Need

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• B-Level Automotive Technician experience
• Strong general repair skills
• Diagnostic, drivability, and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to complete repairs independently
• Comfortable working in a flat-rate environment
• ASE Certifications preferred, not required

Pit Shop Auto Repair has a dedicated company trainer and hands-on training center.

Every new employee completes a mandatory two-day orientation covering the shop’s workflow, inspections, documentation, estimating procedures, and internal systems. DVI training is also provided if you haven’t used a digital inspection process before.
