Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL training, and support safe, goal-driven recovery. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress while contributing to a nurturing, high-quality, and career-growth-focused environment.
