Nurse Clinical Lead

Intermountain Health is seeking a Nurse Clinical Lead for our Ortho Acute unit. This role provides clinical leadership at the bedside, supporting high-quality, evidence-based orthopedic care. The Nurse Clinical Lead will coordinate patient flow, oversee daily nursing operations, mentor and precept staff, and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, leading care planning and discharge coordination, supporting pain management and mobility goals, and advancing unit-based quality and process improvement initiatives in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment.
