Job Description
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse Outpatient delivers high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to pediatric patients and their families within the outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children with various medical conditions. Schedule: 7:30am-5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Collects and analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis/issues
Identifies expected outcomes and develops a plan that prescribes strategies which address health promotion and restoration, health maintenance, or health related problems or issues and alternatives to attain expected outcomes
Implements the identified plan and coordinates care delivery
Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment
Utilizes current resources related to standards of care, policies and procedures, and patient needs
Required Qualifications
RN license for current State
BLS
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual
2 years of acute care nursing
BSN
