Residential Living Assistant

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Residential Living Assistant to support students in a private, cost-free pre-K–12 residential school. In this on-campus role, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing home environment that promotes personal growth, responsibility, and academic success. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, supporting homework and life skills, encouraging positive behavior, and assisting with activities. You’ll collaborate closely with houseparents and school staff to meet students’ emotional and social needs while upholding MHS’s values of diversity, care, and holistic development.
