Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Licensed PT in Indiana
* Bachelor's Degree
Assignment Details
* Shift Hours: 8:00am-4:30 pm
* No on-call or weekend requirement
* Coverage area includes Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley Counties

Location Highlights
