PRN Physical Therapist, Acute

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehab care for acute patients in our Southeast facility. In this per diem role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate patients and families to support safe discharge and optimal recovery. You’ll document in the EMR, follow regulatory and safety standards, and contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth.
