Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: North Billerica, MA
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
What's the Job?
- Provide administrative and document-control support to maintain organized company records.
- Scan, digitize, index, and maintain company records within established electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare, print, assemble, and distribute production work-order packets, including drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Enter and update work-order and document information accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, resolving discrepancies as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in document management and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with electronic and physical filing systems is preferred.
