FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities in Rocklin, CA. Evaluate and treat older adults with functional, balance, and mobility deficits, create individualized plans of care, and document using EMR. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and promote fall prevention and safe mobility.
